You don’t have to feel inspired or excited about your vision in order to show up and do it! Here are my tips on avoiding the trap of only showing up when we feel like it.

PS- Today started low…
I felt physically shaky, a little unconfident and unsure about myself. Just sayin’.
So, I made my celery juice ala Anthony William, the Medical Medium because I am so determined to clean up my body, prepared my smoothie, my cucumber juice, and then set out for my walk. All when I did not feel 100%.
I even shot a livestream on my walk in my Hacks for Anxiety and Depression FB group (hop on over and request to join) telling them as much, and that the key is not taking it personally or making it mean anything. Just do what you know works for you- exercise is key for me. So I put on my shoes and hoof it!
See, it’s not that we feel bad- it’s just a low mood that will pass. The unconfident moments will pass. It’s whether we BELIEVE it and let it take us out! THAT’S the issue!
I’ve learned that it’s just a mood that passes, and meanwhile, don’t let your life pass, also, without showing up, being as 100% as you can be, and giving your gift.
Hope this helps you. I’m just like you- maybe a few steps ahead in a few area. But you are steps ahead of me on OTHER areas :). We are all in this together.
